About Me:
Growing up, I witnessed family members navigating severe psychiatric distress and discovering holistic paths to stability and meaning. This journey influenced my passion for integrative psychiatry, blending my Western medical training with insights from traditional healing systems. I have pursued extensive education and training, including a Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, as well as specialized fellowships in integrative psychiatry and nutritional psychiatry. Additionally, I have received specialized training in transcranial magnetic stimulation.
Moreover, my exploration of yoga, meditation, and Buddhist psychology has deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and its impact on mental health.
I am passionate about guiding individuals on their healing journey, empowering them to reclaim their vitality and wellbeing.
